of the importance and purpose of having a HACCP Plan in place. Students will also develop their own competence and ability to write
and implement their own HACCP Plans according to the five preliminary steps and seven principles of HACCP as outlined by the National
Advisory Committee for the Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF).
This certification fulfills all USDA/FSIS and FDA regulatory requirements for HACCP Training. The certification is also accepted by
auditing firms who require HACCP Training as a component of the audit. This class is also approved to meet the requirements of the SQF
training for practitioners and auditor/consultants.
