Public courses are scheduled throughout the year in the U.S. so you can pick a class that is convenient for you. We also offer customized on-site training if you are interested in having a larger group trained to HACCP and/or one of the GFSI-approved audit schematics. We also have Spanish-speaking instructors who provide both neutral-site and on-site training.

HACCP Plan Verification

Having a comprehensive and fully implemented HACCP Plan is the key to any GFSI audit schematic and in certain industries, required by law. We can validate and verify your HACCP Plans through on-site reviews of your systems to assess the effectiveness of your prerequisite programs adequately controlling the identified food safety risks and that your critical control points are effectively controlling the stated significant hazards.
