certified through the International HACCP Alliance (located at Texas A&M University, College Station, TX) and is recognized by all GFSI-approved
audit schematics for meeting the formal HACCP Training and Certification requirements as well as all USDA/FSIS and FDA requirements for HACCP Training.

ON-SITE TRAINING
Are you looking for a customized training course that applies directly to your process? Do you have a group of people who require training?
We can deliver all of the public training courses we offer on-site at your facility and we will work with you so that the training can be
customized to apply directly to your organization. On-site training can also be a more cost-effective option by training a larger group of
people with significantly lower travel costs. We can also deliver training in Spanish if you have a diverse and predominantly Spanish-speaking work force.
